The Naval CECOS offers several environmental training courses in four general program areas – Compliance, Conservation, Management, and Restoration. State regulators are welcome to select courses by invitation and depending on space availability. See each course for additional information about State attendance.

e-Manifest

Note: Manifest will not be made public until at least 90 days after arriving at TSD. EPA established a national system for tracking hazardous waste shipments electronically. This system, known as “e-Manifest,” modernized the nation’s cradle-to-grave hazardous waste tracking process while saving valuable time, resources, and dollars for industry and states.
